To display the outline in WPS, follow these steps: Open the WPS document. Click the "View" option in the top menu bar. Select "Outline View" in the drop-down menu. This will allow you to see the outline structure of the document on the left side of the document window.
Enable WPS Outline View
Open the View menu and select Outline View
- Access view options : In a WPS document, first you need to find and click the "View" menu located in the top toolbar. This is where all options related to how the document is displayed are concentrated.
- Select Outline View : In the drop-down list of the View menu, find and select "Outline View". Once clicked, the document will switch to Outline mode, showing an overview of the document's structure.
- Confirm view change : After switching to outline view, a sidebar will appear on the left side of the document, listing all document sections that use heading styles, allowing you to quickly jump to any.
